Confirm Your “Franchisability”
Many clients ask MSA Worldwide whether they can franchise their business. And the majority of the time, our answer is: absolutely. Then we quickly point out that a more important question to ask is whether you should franchise your business—which can be answered by confirming one’s franchisability.
MSA’s franchisability process consists of looking at a broad spectrum of business factors in a systematic approach. We help clients look at where their business is today and what additional infrastructure and support will be needed to implement a franchise structure and achieve franchisability.
Looking at one’s franchise feasibility, also confirms that a business has a measurable set of results and the business operating acumen to successfully franchise their concept and assist their franchisees. This is a key point because one of the primary incentives for a franchisee is gaining the franchisor’s expertise in operating the business. If that expertise doesn't exist, or is too limited then one’s franchisability isn't as strong and as marketable.
