PBS Explores Franchising as method of Social Entrepreneurialism

The PBS channel sponsors NOW, a television program that goes behind the scenes to report on how creative people are applying business skills toward a new kind of bottom line: making the world a better place. In this series, called "Enterprising Ideas," they focused on innovative solutions to social problems around the world.

On March 25, 2007, NOW traveled to Kenya to learn how the principles of franchising can improve health services and distribute life-saving medicine in rural Africa. The program featured Michael, and showcases the significant contributions he's making to improve living conditions and create prosperity in Rwanda.
